Not sure how to resolve this issue. The product is great, my dog loves Purina Pro. The problem, is that Amazon drop kicked the box and 4 of the 12 cans were busted. Wonder if you can help?

This is the third time I’ve had this food shipped from Amazon where it’s come with damaged cans. My dog loves the food and I mix it with dry food. I’ve had to throw out a couple cans from each shipment due to damage making it much so more expensive. There is no refund option. The last shipment had every single can severely damaged, thus unsafe to use. Upon contacting Amazon support (not an easy task), they refunded me for the last shipment. They promised it will not continue. I’ll give it one more chance (I use subscribe and save). I highly recommend this product, just not from Amazon. I’ll update if this experience changes.

The best for our older dog, she loves it!I’m giving it a super rating because my 14 y/o dog loves it. The two flavors, chicken and turkey, are both made with real meat, which is something I really appreciate as a pet parent who wants my senior dog to have high-quality food. Our Vet tells us the high protein content is also great for keeping her active and healthy.The 23 essential vitamins and minerals to support her overall health and wellness, very important as she gets older.Overall, we are impressed with this Purina Pro Plan variety pack. My dog absolutely loves the taste, and I love the quality ingredients and nutritional value. If you’re looking for a grain-free, high-protein wet food option for your “older” dog, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

I used about 4 cans before I got one that was filled with meat. The first 4 cans were about 80% gravy. I guess the rest of the case of dog food is a guess. Very disappointing.
